Kayla and I met during her school practical in 2018. As Kayla’s mentor, I was able to witness Kayla’s teaching capabilities within the classroom. Kayla is a dedicated teacher who has the best interests of her learners at heart. In the classroom she is dedicated, punctual, interactive and motivated to achieve the best results capable for her learners. She does this by familiarizing herself with her learners strengths and weaknesses. In doing so, she is able to mediate effective teaching and learning practices.
