My teaching methodology is that I start by getting to know my learners and try to understand why they aren't performing as well as they want to, establishing whether the problem is a lack of understanding or test/exam anxiety and how they do their homework and study for tests helps me structure my lessons to that specific learner because I believe no two learners are the same and so my approach to helping them cannot be the same
