The classes that I present in my portfolio of services are dynamic and enjoyable; with proposals according to the needs and capacities of the users; focused on the methodology of Functional Training, combining techniques and exercises that make it possible to achieve the objectives, preserving the health of the users.
For me it is important whenever a counseling process is going to start, the realization a short evaluation of the health and physical state of my counseled, which is carried out from a brief questionnaire in which the user enters important information in order to know their needs, interests, possibilities and limitations; to establish the best route to achieve these objectives.
