About Hannah
My first professional experience was as a Peer Learning Associate at the Sunderman Conservatory, though I helped my classmates all throughout grade school. I work now as a piano, voice, theory, and preschool music teacher with the Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts. I have taught music literacy skills to students as young as three and as old as twenty years of age.

I graduated in May from the Sunderman Conservatory at Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of the Arts in Music. I began singing in choir and playing viola at age 10 and I excelled at music literacy. I improved upon those skills in collegiate theory classes, going on to become a Peer Learning Associate (or Teacher's Assistant) for several theory courses. I have lots of familiarity with teaching a wide range of students of various ages and would love to establish a safe yet invigorating tutoring environment where I can teach lessons on music theory and literacy and the students feels comfortable asking for help or clarification.
