About Kaushik
I have completed M.Sc in Chemistry and my Ph. D in organic chemistry from IIT Kharagpur and executed 3 DST projects in my Ph.D. and post-doctoral program. I have 10 years of experience as an academician, research scholar, and private tutor. I am an assistant professor of a university and used to teach chemistry of B.Tech, M.Tech M.Sc, and Ph. D. students and familiar with the syllabuses of different boards and the recent trend of chemistry. I am a synthetic organic chemist and have been synthesized a library of scaffolds by cascade or tandem reactions protocol. These compounds were successfully synthesized using environmental wastes by greener or semi-greener methodologies with good yield. I have successfully investigated the role and activities of my selected compounds by in vivo and in vitro methods. I have salient knowledge and in-hand experience of name reactions, green chemistry, antioxidants, polyphenols, phenolic acids, heterocycles, and triazoles. As a Chemist and Alumni of IIT Kharagpur, my acceptance is; knowledge sharing of two learning bodies is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any interaction, both are transformed. So we should attempt to share and learn the essence of chemistry.
