About Kamran

I am a certified personal trainer in Canada, which is solid background in physical activity. Some of my qualifications in my country of origin include the following:
Graduated with a PHD in physical education and sports Sciences
Served as a university lecturer in my home country
Accumulated more than 22 years of experience as a registered physiotherapist in my home country
Worked as a physiotherapist with national teams and Super League players (Handball. volleyball, basketball, soccer...) in my country of origin.

After spending a significant amount of time working with clients, dealing with pain and various disabilities, I realized the critical importance of fitness and precise training, in preventing these issues. It ignited my passion for training. My extensive experience in Fitness and corrective conditioning combined with my friendly personality, allows me to guide my clients toward their goals with motivation and safety. My specialties include developing a strength and flexibility, Increasing muscle mass , weight loss ,toning the abdominal muscles, musculoskeletal posture correction and post-surgery and post-injury training. My Approach is clear, simple, effective, and accessible to all.
Following your 30 minute evaluation, I will create a training plan customized to your needs and goals. This is a specific plan will provide you with access to Hexfit, the best exercise planning application, complete with explanation and animations of exercises.
Training under the supervision of a certified trainer Is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. Sessions are available in 45 or 60 Minutes formats, and can be conducted virtually or in-person at different rates.
I have a strong background in training seniors, tailoring program to their fitness level. My focus in senior training emphasizes longevity, reducing medical risks, improving lifestyle, enhancing balance, stability, strength, flexibility, and confidence. There are some key precautions to consider in senior training: medical evaluation, individualized programs, gradual
progression, proper warm-up and cool-down, balance stability training, appropriate resistance, hydration and nutrition, listening to the body, use of assistive devices, adequate rest, medical alerts, supervision, and regular Health checkups.
