Interactive mostly one on one environment. Explain. Repeat. Student explains it in his own words. A few examples are given and a summary to wrap it up at the end of every topic

Background

I am a medical bioscience student doing her masters. I have been part of the University work-study tutor program since the beginning of 2017 and have been giving private lessons in the local neighborhood for over 2 years.
