I created many activities throughout the next three years on educating children and teens coping skills and conflict resolution through games, as well as re-wrote many policies which infringed on LGBT youth, which in turn made the movement a safe and accepting space for all.
- My Passion, Aims and Objectives -
My passion is benefiting youth to grow up to be kind, considerate and well-rounded individuals with a craving to learn new things and create a better world around us.
Through informal education and fun methods of teaching, I will show students how to look at school differently, as I also struggled in many ways to not only fit in at school, but be at a different pace to my peers, which made it challenging. Therefore, I have first hand experiences with learning disabilities, the difficulties of being LGBT, or "different" while schooling which makes me an empathetic tutor as I consider each learner to have different needs.
